The Ganv Group Code of Conduct defines the ethical framework within which all our business activities are conducted. It is rooted in our unwavering commitment to fairness, integrity, transparency, and responsibility.

This Code applies to all employees, executives, contractors, and partners of Ganv, regardless of function, seniority, or location. From our global headquarters in Dubai to our 25 African subsidiaries and international corridors, it sets the standard for how we operate and interact with our clients, communities, and stakeholders.

First published in 2015 and updated in 2020, the Code has evolved to reflect the dynamic environment in which we operate, aligning with international laws, conventions, and the Ten Principles of the UN Global Compact. It is both an ethical compass and a practical guide, ensuring that Ganv continues to be recognized as a responsible, transparent, and sustainable logistics leader.

Ganv Group fully supports and applies the Ten Principles of the UN Global Compact, covering:

  1. Human Rights: Businesses should support and respect the protection of internationally proclaimed human rights.
  2. Labor Standards: Uphold freedom of association, eliminate forced and child labor, and promote non-discrimination in employment.
  3. Environment: Support a precautionary approach to environmental challenges, promote greater environmental responsibility, and encourage the development of green technologies.
  4. Anti-Corruption: Work against corruption in all its forms, including extortion and bribery.

These principles are integrated into Ganv’s business model and operations, reinforcing our role as a global logistics partner committed to fairness, responsibility, and sustainability.

Professional Conduct Standards

Ganv employees and representatives must adhere to the following standards:

  1. Relations with clients and partners
  • Communicate with honesty, accuracy, and transparency.
  • Protect all confidential information and data.
  • Avoid deceptive, unfair, or discriminatory practices.
  1. Internal conduct
  • Promote an inclusive, respectful, and safe workplace.
  • Strictly prohibit harassment, intimidation, or discrimination of any kind.
  • Encourage teamwork, open communication, and a culture of mutual respect.
  1. Conflicts of interest
  • Avoid situations where personal interests conflict with Ganv’s interests.
  • Disclose potential conflicts immediately to supervisors or compliance officers.
  1. Anti-corruption and fraud prevention
  • Prohibit all forms of bribery, hidden payments, or undue advantages.
  • Maintain strict internal audit mechanisms and financial transparency.
  1. Safety, compliance, and sustainability
  • Adhere to all international standards: IATA, ICAO, IMO, CMR, and regional frameworks.
  • Implement proactive measures to reduce carbon footprint and environmental impact.
  • Prioritize the safety of employees, clients, and partners in every operation.

Compliance and International Framework

Ganv operates under a global compliance framework that ensures:

  • Alignment with local regulations in every country of operation,
  • Adherence to international trade laws and logistics conventions,
  • Integration of ISO standards and sector-specific codes of conduct,
  • Continuous updates to reflect evolving legal and ethical requirements.

Ganv will never operate outside legal or ethical frameworks, and commits to embedding compliance at every level of its operations.

Employee Responsibilities

Every employee is expected to:

  • Familiarize themselves with this Code and apply it in daily operations,
  • Report any misconduct, breach, or suspicious activity through secure reporting channels,
  • Participate actively in Ganv’s training programs on compliance, ethics, and responsibility.

Managers bear an additional responsibility: to lead by example, enforce the Code, and support their teams in applying its standards consistently.

Oversight and Accountability

Ganv has established:

  • An Ethics and Compliance Committee, responsible for monitoring adherence to the Code, conducting training, and investigating breaches.
  • A confidential whistleblowing system, accessible to employees and partners, with guaranteed protection against retaliation.
  • Disciplinary measures proportionate to the seriousness of the violation, which may include warnings, suspension, or termination of employment/partnership.

Ganv commits to treating all reports with seriousness, impartiality, and confidentiality.

The Ganv Code of Conduct is not simply a set of rules; it is the ethical foundation of our Group’s strategy.
